One of our clients is looking for a Pastry Sous Chef for their private safari game lodge in Hoedspruit.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of experience in pastry.

Qualifications or relevant in pastry.

Experience in 4/5-star establishments.

Knowledge of à la carte service.
