• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills
• Excellent knowledge on South African wines
• Excellent knowledge on familiar drinks and garnishes
• Familiar with a wide variety of liquor 
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions
• Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
• Honesty, flexibility, accountability and friendliness
• Professional manner and attitude
• Punctual & self-disciplined
• Extreme attention to detail
• Basic computer and administration skills
