SUMMARY:
Stunning Beach Lodge is looking for an ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT COUPLE

POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements;

Tertiary education in Tourism/Hospitality or Conservation is essential
Must have a genuine passion for wild and remote places and enjoying immersing oneself in deep nature
Must have experience in coastal marine environments
Ideally have family or relatives who live in the Western Cape
Must have at least two years of experience in the tourism industry
Must have at least FGASA 1, a PDP and have done a First Aid course
Have a passion for hosting people in the wild and educating them in a subtle way
Demonstrated staff management skills and strong EQ
The ability to problem solve and find solutions with a positive attitude
Good guest and staff interactive abilities with a guest centric approach
Experience with guest relations, food and beverage, housekeeping, and front of house
Maintenance knowledge an advantage
