ZMO 16779 - Club House Manager

A well-established estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clubhouse Manager to oversee the Food & Beverage operations of its golf clubhouse. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong hospitality background, excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to drive sales and upsell services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all F&B operations within the clubhouse, including restaurant service, bar and event catering
• Coordinate and execute corporate and social golf days, group bookings and estate functions
• Lead and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Build strong relationships with estate homeowners, many of whom are long-term residents and regular patrons
• Implement upselling strategies to boost revenue across all service points
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with senior management and the F&B Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
