Yard Manager/Logistics Coordinator/Warehouse Manager

• Managing Staff
• Coordinating drivers and deliveries
• Preparation and execution of loading export Containers
• Ensuring efficient stock movement between the branches
• Fleet Management
• Daily planning , routing and scheduling of vehicles
• Co-ordinate stock take
• Client liaison
• Controlling communication and keeping schedules and deliveries updated
• Maintain optimal level of customer service and assist to resolve all customer issues
• Keeping the storage facility clear and also equipment and vehicle maintenance are high priority
• Capture and keep record of fuel slips, monitor fuel consumption, maintenance, licensing, breakdowns and trip information.
• Ensure stock losses are minimized by way of proper storage, effective housekeeping, accurate stock recording.      
• Ensure HSE policies and standards are implemented and adhered to at all times for personnel and visitors entering the yard area.
