Requirements

Experience managing staff compliment of 15
Experience in workshop working on earthmoving equipment, tipper trucks and road trucks
Manage maintenance and repairs in and out of the workshop
Planning, coordinating and directing activities of workshop staff
Ensuring safety in workshop
Oversee daily operations, making sure machine availabilities are met
