JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a experience Workshop Manager who is up for a challenge to manage and grow their service department.

As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the service department to ensure ongoing profitability.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Strong technical skills
Minimum of 3 years Workshop Manager experience
Computer literate
Excellent people skills and customer care experience

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and motivate staff (manage 10-20 staff members in a workshop booking an average of 20-30 vehicles per day)
Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department

Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals

Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively
