A local Company in Rustenburg in the North West Province is looking for a Workshop Manager in Automotive Industry.

POSITION INFO:
A local Company in Rustenburg in the North West Province is looking for a Workshop Manager in the Automotive Industry.

Requirements: 
Experience in Sales in Automotive parts industry- Exhaust, Brakes, Modification, Bull Bars, Towbars etc. 3 years Workshop Management experience. Excellent time management and planning skills. Strong customers focus and service delivery orientation. Good communication skills with staff and customers. Problem solving and Police Clearance.

Duties:
Manage the workshop and ensuring achievements of sales and quality standards. Provide leadership and direction to staff. Provide customer service, keeping them updated regarding status of repairs. Inspection list- tools, lift, generator, compressors, welding machines, fire extinguish etc and monthly- stock take.
