SUMMARY:

Workshop Manager required for a multi-disciplinary process engineering company situated in Cape Town. Must have Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel experience and ideally fabrication in the the Water and Food & Beverage Industry

POSITION INFO:

Summary of what is required:

Must have good leadership abilities with good people skills.
Must be able to motivate, mentor and guide people in the skills of boiler making and welding.
Must have a minimum of 15 years qualified experience in the field.
Must have worked with Stainless steel and carbon steel.
Must be assertive in being able to manage people in accordance with company policy.
Must be able to carry out quality control on projects to ensure stringent quality control measures in business.
To ensure high level of productivity and efficiency in workshop. Will also be required to ensure quality standards on Sites.
Candidate to meet BEE requirements.
