SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the Workshop Supervisor works closely to the Workshop planner directing and controlling jobs and workshop activities within the SEU Workshop, giving instructions to any person working in the workshop. This he needs to do to achieve operational excellence, accountability, quality reliable products, performance and profitability.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the jobs and personnel in the Reman workshop – Work planning, work flow, parts planning and parts managing.
Staff e-learning must be up to date.
Open topics on service excellence must be actioned.
Daily work planning meeting with workshop employees.
Actual cost must be the same as estimated cost. (measurable KPI?)
Hand-on in workshop and must supervise workshop employees and operations to maintain a high level of production.
Safety and Health regulations maintained and adhere to by workshop employees
