Workshop Foreman - Cape Winelands - Western Cape

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Workshop Foreman to join their Service Department. The main purpose will be to provide effective technical support to staff and ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician
Tertiary education in management would be beneficial
Must have 5 years experience at a Motor Dealership as a Workshop Foreman

Responsibilities

Manage and grow workshop staff
Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout
Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance
Ensure high-quality customer service is met
Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively
Encourage and motivate staff and professional development
Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures
