Workshop Administrator

SUMMARY:
Brief Description: 
Our client is looking for a dynamic and energetic
Workshop administrator to support their daily workshop operations for their local workshop as well as their accounts with a national presence.
 
As a Workshop Administrator your primary role will be to support the daily workshop operations by managing customer accounts, administering job cards, overseeing work in progress and assisting with compiling quotations as needed.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: 

• Grade 12
• Experience in Material Handling industry.
• Managing administrative duties for workshop related activities
• Account Administration
• Technical and workshop knowledge.

• To ensure the effective and efficient administration of Key accounts, including effective record keeping, processing of requisite documentation/s, and relative administrative functions are attended to in a timeous manner.
• Facilitate and support the branch in the attainment of divisional targets through customer-centric practices. Collaborate closely with branch teams to implement customer-focused solutions that drive growth and satisfaction
• Establish clear channels of communication with sub-dealers, providing comprehensive updates on fault diagnoses and resolutions to facilitate efficient after sales support
