Wordpress Developer – Pretoria – R420k per annum

POSITION INFO:

A start up agency based in Pretoria are seeking a highly skilled Wordpress Developer who has a good eye for aesthetics and strong content management skills.

This role allows for 80% remote working.

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in development as a WordPress Developer
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
  • Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building the website front-end.
  • Creating the website architecture.
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
  • Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Conducting website performance tests.
  • Troubleshooting content issues.
  • Monitoring the performance of the live website.
