Withdrawals/Retrenchment Claims Administrator

SUMMARY:
A large company specialising in Administration Consultancy is looking for a Withdrawal Claims Administrator (Withdrawals/Retrenchments/Death).

POSITION INFO:

MUST HAVE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS EXPERIENCE

MIN REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• Minimum 35 WPM typing
• Basic knowledge of the Rules of the Pension and Provident Funds will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Natural and Alex Systems
• Good keyboard/PC skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good attendance and reliability

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledge of natural system.
• Logging of claims onto NATURAL system and ensuring that all required documentation and member details are correct.
• Compiling statistics.
• Sorting faxes before sending them for scanning.
• Collecting mail daily.
• Sorting and distributing of incoming mail.
• Tracing member''s records on system and phoning them, where necessary.
• Transferring correspondences to different departments.
• Ordering of Metro/Castledex files
• Sending of Metro/Castledex files and reconciling the billing monthly
