POSITION INFO:

If you have a Passion for wine and food and interested in combining your passion with wine sales & marketing and managing and growing the wine tasting room of this specialist boutique winery in the Stellenbosch wine-region please talk to us.

You need to be able roll up your sleeves and take full ownership and get involved with the full spectrum of the cellar and with your Marketing, Sales and PR ability build and develop the wine tasting venue as the destination of choice.

Responsibilities will include wine tasting and sales and promotion of the wine whilst running the venue single-handedly.

 Requirements

• Passion for Food & Wine
• Hospitality management experience & skills
• Confident with great communication skills
• Ability to engage with customers and promote and sell the wine
• Initiative and energy combined with good organizational skills
• Promotional, Brand & Marketing skills
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Social media and excel skills
• Able to work weekends with a 4-day work week from Thursday to Sunday during Covid and thereafter to a 6-day work week with working hours from 10- 4
