POSITION INFO:
Controlled grist & product quality parameters
Compiled and executed milling & packaging shift plan and controlled wheat intake & milling processes for shift
Controlled raw material & finished stock levels & rotation for shift
Controlled and optimised people, mill, machinery and equipment - also maintained the mill, machinery and equipment
Ensured safety, heath, hygiene and pest management and managed team
4 - 5 years relevant experience
Relevant National Training Certificate
