SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Wellness Manager to start on 01 October 2021, on a contract basis. He/She will lead the strategic research, design, development and implementation of bespoke employee wellness programmes that enhance the psychological and physical wellness and provides financial knowledge and understanding for employees, while continuously measuring the effectiveness on the implemented programmes.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Post grad degree in Social Sciences ideally in a Health and Wellness related field
A Master of Business Administration (MBA) would be advantageous
A well-seasoned individual with approx. 8 years’ experience in the management and coordination of wellness services/programmes within a Corporate environment.
3 to 5 years’ experience in healthcare or related industry will be advantageous.
A “champion” mentality that passionately supports the health and wellness mandate and mission.
Must have expert knowledge of health and wellness, as well as the capability to work in management.
