The role:
You''ll be joining a small, close knit team where you''ll be heavily involved in the end to end development process of a range of products as a mid-level, full stack developer.
From a technology standpoint, you should be comfortable using object orientated PHP, Javascript, MySql, HTML and CSS. However, if you have a bit of experience with Laravel, Vue, Git, RegEx and Gulp, that would be great!
You will help build style interfaces and work closely with the design team to make sure the end product meets company standards.

You:
Well, you''ll be a developer, obviously, who is confident with PHP and Javascript but what they are really looking for is a strong work ethic and some enthusiasm. If you really like to get hands on, you''re going to fit right in!
Beyond that, they aren''t really looking for a ''yes man'' (or woman) they want to hear your ideas and your take on things so, you''ll have to be a strong communicator too!
Salary & Interview Process:
We have a rough range of £40k for this role depending on experience, with a range of benefits on top of that.
The role is partly remote with HQ being based in Gainsborough, they want to keep the team close and have a real focus on a creative working environment so they would like to see you in the office 2-3 days a week.
The interview process is straight forward and informal, you will have a chat with some of the Devs from your new team. In most cases that will be it, but a second informal chat may be needed.
