Well-established Property Group involved in Real Estate marketing & sales, sales of hospitality investment projects as well as investment opportunities seeks an experienced Web Developer/Designer.

POSITION INFO:
Duties include:

• Design & Develop Websites, using WordPress
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript & CSS
• Website maintenance for WordPress updates & security plugins.
• Implementation of SEO advantages.
• Domain Registration knowledge & WHM/cPanel Reseller Hosting environment experience.
• Basic G Suite knowledge advantages.
• Measure & optimize digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics.
• Design, develop & manage digital marketing campaigns using HTML & Mail Chimp.
• Evaluate the performance of an email marketing campaign.
• Graphic Design advantages - Design digital elements for email campaigns or website designs.
• Follow all relevant departmental processes and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

• Deliver an effective and usable website with all relevant pages represented.
• Ensure all linked platforms are running
• Analyse, develop & identify a marketing strategy.
• Select the correct marketing channels to reach a particular target market.
• Select the most appropriate channels to achieve the highest ROI.
• Build & maintain a professional online presence.
