a. Financial needs analysis

b. Client reviews and service calls

c. Deal processing with institutions

d. Coordination with in-house specialists

e. Xplan and Commpay f. Preparing investment overviews

2. Professional Liaison with clients and relevant institutions

a. Professional use of communication tools with clients and institutions

b. Knowledge of requirements of industry products

c. Correspondence with clients and institutions – professional

3. Legislative Compliance (FICA and FAIS)

a. Ensure 100% compliance with FICA and FAIS

b. Keep up to date with industry standards and legislation
