SUMMARY:
WASHBAY MANAGER=JACOBS

POSITION INFO:

• Safety, Health , Environment and Quality
• Meeting all operation requirements.
• Ensuring Customer satisfaction
  • Human resources management within the Washbay
  • Financial including cost management
• Administrative duties
• Depot Maintenance
• Any other reasonable duties from Senior Management.

• Qualifications Skills and experience required 
• Grade 12 qualification
• 5 Year’s experience in chemical tanker Industry.
• Technical & Engineering background will be an advantage.
• Must be functionally literate in English & numeracy.
• Health and physical condition to be adequate to perform all duties assigned to him/her
• Must be willing and able to train staff and employees and be well versed with creating, reviewing and implementing wash bay procedures and work instructions as per Company procedure.
• Must be well experienced in Health & Safety regulations and handling of hazardous chemicals applicable to the wash bay and Road Tankers.
• Must have excellent Communication skills
• Extremely Customer orientated
• Have financial skill
• Must have knowledge of the business and various products.
• Must have good administrative skills
• Must Be able to make high level decisions
