JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established Motor Vehicle Dealership in Pretoria is looking for a Warranty Costing Clerk to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Warranty Costing Clerk position
Good mathematical skills
Drivers license

Job Responsibilities:

Process all warranty claims
Liaise with service department to resolve costing and warranty issues
Warranty claims processing
Return defective parts to manufacturer as required
Liaising with customers in regards to claims
Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
Costing / Invoicing
General administration of day to day invoices
