Warranty Clerk - Johannesburg - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
A well-established Dealership in Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk to join their Service Department team.

Requirements:

• Matric with Mathematics as a subject
• Drivers license
• Dealership Costing and Motorplan Warranty experience 

• Costing of job cards (service and repairs)
• Ensure Motorplan contracts are active
• Verify customer details
• Ensure all relative details of the vehicle are checked
• Ensure correct labour costs are allocated to repair costs
• Cost repair orders and process supplier invoices
• Responsible for Motorplan|Warranty claims
• Accurately check, submit and track all Motorplan|Warranty claims
• Attend to all Costing and Warranty inquiries
• Control parts return process
• Maintain a high CSI
