Vehicle Dealership is looking to fill a position for a Warranty Clerk for their Service department

Duties and responsibilities: Collaborating with Managers and technicians, Fulfilling warranty requirements, Solving warranty issues, Monitoring defective products, Maintaining records of customer details, and reporting of warranties

Requirements:

• Experience as Warranty clerk within Service department
• Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand like Suzuki , Ford ,Cherry ect
• Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills,
• Experience with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline etc.
• Motor industry experience specifically
• Grade 12
• Clear criminal record
