Motor Dealership Warranty & Costing Clerk - Pretoria

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Premium Brand Dealership in Pretoria is looking for a qualified Warranty and Costing Clerk with relevant Motor Industry experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Working experience as Warranty and Costing Clerk with a Premium Brand Dealership is essential (Not negotiable)
Working experience on relevant Motor Industry Warranty Systems i.e. Kerridge
Drivers license

Job Responsibilities:

Process all warranty claims in line with policies and procedures.
Liaise with service department and Head Office to resolve costing and warranty issues
Warranty claims processing
Return defective parts to manufacturer as required
Liaising with customers in regards to claims
Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
Costing / Invoicing
General administration of day to day invoices

Skills:

High attention to detail combined with a high degree if work integrity
Easily adapt to change in a stressful working environment
Be an effective team player
Problem solver
Good customer care skills
