Warehouse / Workshop Manager (Electric Motors Focus) – Rneg depending on experience

We’re hiring a Warehouse / Workshop Manager with strong electrical motor repair and modification experience. This is a leadership role that combines warehouse and workshop oversight with hands-on involvement in electric motor repairs and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workshop operations, staff, and job card processing
- Oversee modifications, repairs, and testing of electric motors
- Ensure proper receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of stock
- Maintain accurate inventory and implement regular stock takes
- Lead safety procedures, equipment checks, and staff training
- Schedule and manage deliveries, fleet vehicles, and workshop tools
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified Armature Winder or proven electric motor repair background
- In-depth knowledge of motor components, testing, and modifications
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse/workshop management
- Strong leadership, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Forklift license & valid driver’s license
- Computer proficiency (inventory systems, job tracking, MS Office)
