SUMMARY:
A Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Admin Controller to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Contribute to the provision of a quality service to the clients by providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient warehousing service.

Maintain records and information in accordance with the company policy and ensuring it is appropriately managed, filed, accurate and up to date.

Upkeep of Cargowise data

Accurate input onto Cargowise

Ensure accurate control and process of Customer Orders.

Provide general administrative support and back up to the Warehouse, Logistics and Fleet team, in ensuring client requirements are met.

Month end Billing

Monthly Profit and loss reports

OHS admin functions

Reconciliation of daily cycle counts and bin integrity

MIS Report

Bonded Warehouse Register Reconciliations

Handling Overboarder logistics via Roadfreight

Estimates for overboarder road freight

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the management of Warehouse Administration.

Matric and relevant tertiary qualification an advantage

Excellent communication skills

CargoWise knowledge

Flexible to change
