Warehouse Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a warehouse supervisor to manage and supervise all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes and maximize warehouse productivity. Responsibilities: • Supervision of warehouse personnel and daily activities. • Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity. • Monitoring and coordination of the reception, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials. • Order supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels. • Checking the accuracy of orders, invoices, received items, inventory and deliveries. • Maintain records, report relevant information and prepare any necessary documentation. • Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. • Carrying out a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. • Coordinate and maintain fleets and teams. Requirements: • • Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management position an advantage • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management. • Time management skills and ability to delegate. • Excellent leadership and organization skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem solving skills
