Warehouse Stock Controller - Port Elizabeth

Salary: R13-20K + Benefits Depending on experience  

Purpose of Position:

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Stock Controller from within the Logistics and Manufacturing industry. Candidates exposed to production lines, understanding the high pressure of a manufacturing environment, deliverables and related inventory control and management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric; Grade 12 – Non-Negotiable; Tertiary qualification advantageous, not essential
• SAP Knowledge; Advanced MS Excel; Outlook
• Forklift License
  • 3 Years minimum experience in a similar environment within automotive; logistics; inventory & warehousing
  • Knowledge of technical vehicle parts; distribution and inventory management

Duties:

• Ensure adherence to the company`s rules and regulations as documented in the company`s disciplinary policy;
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety practices and procedures as defined during induction and other

health & Safety training;

• Ensure and maintain constant workflow;
• Responsible to receive local goods from Supplier;
• Responsible to verify goods against invoice;
• Responsible to submit invoices to finance timeously;
• Responsible to create purchase request as per production plan via EMA;
• Responsible to received purchase order as per production plan via EMA;
• Responsible to locate local goods receipt to standard rack;
• Responsible for cycle counts of local good to adjust EMA;
• Responsible to create purchase request to JHB for any CKD shortages, damages or incorrect via EMA;
• Responsible to receive purchase order from JHB via EMA;
• Responsible to verify CKD and Local stock timeously;
• Responsible for monthly local orders from purchasing department as per production plan;
• Ensure production deviations ( local and CKD ) are signed off by technical department and adjusted on EMA by

the technical department;

• Ensure all local invoices are recorded on excel spread sheet and reported weekly to superior;
• Ensure stock order are issued as required;
• Ensure to double check that all rejects forms have been completed correctly and signed off by the necessary

personnel;

• Responsible for processing all rejects forms on EMA;
• Ensure all reject forms are recorded n excel spread sheet and reported weekly to superior:
• Responsible for KD Claim Report
• Adhoc functions within the ambit of the job function
