SUMMARY:
Mobeni. Suppliers to the Packaging and Labelling industries seeks experienced, proactive Warehouse / Operations Supervisor with a hands-on approach and solid experience in a Warehouse supervisory role.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Create delivery instructions and job cards
Perform invoicing duties
Process supplier invoices
Get POD’s from transporters and send POD’s to customers
Update system recon
Communicate slitting instructions to slitting team
Alter quantities and weights of product into inhouse accounting system
Liaising with transporters on stock movement requests
Ordering of raw materials

Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in a similar position
Relevant Degree or Diploma an advantage
Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Accounting systems
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Work well within a team and independently
Experience in Polyester and Bopp Films in the Manufacturing and Distribution industry advantageous
