Our Warehouse Distribution Client in Cape Town is urgently looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager with 10 years plus experience. MUST COME FROM THE BEVERAGES WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE – LARGE WAREHOUSE

Salary Highly Negotiable – Very Competitive

Min Requirements

Matric plus Degree in business management / Supply chain and Distribution – NON-NEGOTIABLE
Good knowledge of different business functions.
WMS Knowledge and experience
Warehouse Operations Manager Experience
Staff Management of 100 people

Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily warehouse operations business operations including all receiving, dispatch and operations
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Improving revenue.
Hiring employees.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Generating reports and giving presentations.
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent communication skills.
