SUMMARY:
We are recruiting a Warehouse Manager for the Rustenburg Area

POSITION INFO:
Our client in Rustenburg is looking for a Warehouse Manager.

The minimum requirements for the position is:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills (Pastel, VIP Payroll, Micro Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point)
Code 10

Job description:
*Checking the Stock file weekly to ensure that it has been      maintained.
*Roll price changes for immediate past promotional stock (if  stock is still available.
*Compute price changes for old promotional stock.
*Stock adjustments with Distributor approval.
*Weekly stock adjustment report to be checked against  approval.
* Factory orders are correctly and accurately received in SISTA.
*Check against Goods Received variance.
*Special attention to be given to "The Follows" supplied.
*Stock takes.
*Overall management of regular stock takes, checking and  accepting variances.
*Closely reporting and communication with Distributor on all  issues pertaining to the operations of the Distributorship.
*Communicating with Client through emails, telephone and call  logs on matters needing the attention.
*Overall running of the Distributorship in the absence of the    Distributor including attending to emails from Client and report  back to the Distributor when they are present.
*Manage online orders.
*Zones monthly visits.
