POSITION INFO:

We are currently sourcing for a Warehouse Manager which is hands on to join one of our multinational clients in the Logistics sector based in Greenstone area  Modderfontein) requires your sound warehousing and logistics experience.

Minimum Requirements :

• 10 Years Operational, Warehouse, Inventory Management.
• 5 Years Staff and Facility Management experience with responsibility for more than one departments including workforce planning and performance.
• Proven track record of budgetary control and processes.
• Proven track record of staff talent assessment and staff development.
• At least 2 years Lean experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Group facilitation experience with Performance Improvement Teams.
• Strong Mangement skills - managed a compliment of at least 150 staff 
• Extensive supply chain knowledge.
• A broad supply chain business knowledge with at least 5 years’ experience at middle and senior management level on logistics and operations management (with exposure to both commercial and operations areas, including manufacturing and logistics).
• Take charge of writing standrd operating procedures , reports and keeping abreast on procedures .
• Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, effective at working crosses culturally.
• Good prioritization skills, able to manage multiple pieces of works and requirement
• Ability to manage complexity
• People management skills, including ability to effectively coach and develop people
• Fluent English
• Proven IT skills in WMS and Microsoft applications.
