SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for a Warehouse co-ordinator for our client that specializes in filtration, environmental technologies and industrial automation solutions. Must be able to read technical drawings of the equipment. Min 4 years experience within a Warehouse.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric.
A degree or Diploma in Logistics or related would be ideal.
Min 4 years experience within a Warehouse.
Must be able to read technical drawings of equipment (Not negotiable).
Experience on ERP systems essential.
Self-driven and proactive.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehouse management:

Inbound logistics - receiving of items.
Quality checks.
Inventory counting and reporting.
Outbound logistics - picking, packing, shipping, invoicing of customer orders.

Order Management:

Create Purchase order numbers.
Handling of sales orders.
Informing customers and ensuring the deliveries are correct and on time.
Reporting.

Materials Management:

Purchase order handling.
Updating ERP system and ensuring that information is correct.
