SUMMARY:
Automotive component manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, highly organised, Warehouse Co

POSITION INFO:

Purpose:

Manage and monitor warehousing performance and activities

Staff Management

Responsible for daily warehousing reports and action required

Knowledge and adherence to Health & Safety / HR procedures and regulations

Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards

Requirements:

Grade 12 (with mathematics)

Management / Warehousing Tertiary Qualification

Min 3 years Warehousing experience within automotive sector

Drivers licence compulsory

People Management experience (including Team Leaders)

Proficient in time and capacity studies

Proficiency in Excel / Word / Outlook

Experience in Warehouse layouts

Duties

Operate hand in hand with production and movement of parts between departments

Oversee the inspection of parts

Control customer specific packaging requirements

Liaise with outbound logistics supervisor on stock readiness for customers

Scraps reporting
