Our Manufacturing client in Ottery is looking for a Warehouse Administrator with 2-3 years’ experience. Must come from a Manufacturing background.

Min Requirements

• Matric
• Relevant qualification – Added advantage
• 2-3 + years’ experience in Administration within a Warehouse in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Syspro or similar ERP

Job Description

• Full administration process of dispatch function
• Co-ordinate Orders due for dispatch
• Co-ordinate Sample Orders due for dispatch
• Annual Stock Take and cycle counts
• Investigate non-conformances within the dispatch warehouse
• Co-ordinate returns from suppliers
• Monthly Reporting
