SUMMARY:
Do you have solid experience in administration and customer services within the Warehouse/Logistics sector? Our client requires an allrounder, bilingual in English & Afrikaans, who has dealt extensively with Customers, general warehouse administration iincluding invoicing, stock control, packaging and managing all delivery requirements ensuring on time delivery and customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric - qualification in warehousing/stock/logistics/supply chain advantageous

Min 3 years experience in Warehouse / Logistics sector

Ability or willingness to use crane and forklift 

Drivers License essential

in MSOffice aProficient nd knowledge of SAP highly advantageous

Excellent communication and well spoken skills in both English and Afrikaans

 

DUTIES

Planning, coordinating and arranging of deliveries and collections

Extensive customer telephone calls organising stock requirements

Ensure Dispatch area is very well organised

Comply with the company policies and procedures, work in a safe and healthy manner

Ensure Material Handling equipment is well maintained

Maintain and improve packaging standards

Comply with all logistics policies, procedures and instructions

Assist with queries regarding deliveries and collections

Maintain SAP data integrity

Comply with all SHEQ policies and report incidents and take action to prevent incidents

Perform administrative tasks

Track and monitor incoming and outgoing of goods

Provide logistical information where and when necessary

Supervise and guide driver staff

Ensuring company vehicles are in good condition and well maintained

Take action to ensure performance and quality objectives are achieved

 

Salary: R dependent on experience
