My client in the FMCG Industry is looking for a Wage Clerk to join their Retailer (Uitenhage)

POSITION INFO:

My client in the FMCG Industry is looking for a Wage Clerk to join their Retailer, based in Uitenhage

Please be advised that this is mornings only for 2-3 times a week.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Complete the administration of wages on the payroll system
• To ensure people are paid correctly and timeousl
• Perform all activities necessary to process the payrolls, including reconcile wages expenses, complete SARS submissions and updating and maintaining of personnel records
• The successful candidate will deal with queries from employees 

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 3-5 Years payroll experience
• Working knowledge of VIP Payroll and Astro Time and Attendance system
