Requirements:

• Qualified technician with knowledge of modern workshop systems non-negotiable;
• Computer literate with Customer skills essential;
• Hands–on Management and self-driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity will ensure further suitability.
• Application of Policies & Procedures, Warranty / Insurance Knowledge, Brand / product and program Knowledge.
