An importer and distributor of goods for the marine industry seeks an experienced Warehouse/ Stock/Inventory Controller


Warehouse Stock Controller Responsibilities include:

 Process, pack, and ship orders accurately
 Organize stocks and report low stock levels
 Ensure stock is grouped and neatly packed
 Inspect products for defects and damages
 Receive, unload and pack incoming stock
 Inform couriers of collection of stock
 Liaise with clients and couriers at all levels
 Keep warehouse clean and organized on a daily basis
 Deliver orders as requested by certain customers.
 Stock count / Cycle count
 Abide by all health and safety regulations.

Attributes of a warehouse stock controller:

- Initiative to lead the warehouse operations in collaboration with the sales department.
- Time management to complete all tasks within a daily, weekly, and monthly cycle but be flexible within the suggested guidelines.
- Ability to interact with customers and knowledge of marine equipment.

Min requirements:

- 3-6 years Warehouse/ Stock/Inventory Controller experience
- Own car
- English and Afrikaans
- Experience on Navision
