Volkswagen Warranty and Costing Clerk - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Franchise dealership in Gauteng is looking for a Warranty and Costing Clerk with Volkswagen experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Working experience as Warranty and Costing Clerk with the Volkswagen Brand
VW and Audi Warranty and Costing policy and procedures
Working experience on SAGA/ELSA and Kerridge
Drivers license

Job Responsibilities:

Process all warranty claims in line with Volkswagen and dealership policies and procedures.
Liaise with service department and at VWSA to resolve costing and warranty issues
Warranty claims processing
Return defective parts to manufacturer as required
Liaising with customers in regards to claims
Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
Costing / Invoicing
General administration of day to day invoices

Skills:

High attention to detail combined with a high degree if work integrity
Easily adapt to change in a stressful working environment
Be an effective team player
Problem solver
Good customer care skills
