Volkswagen Warranty and Costing Clerk - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Franchise dealership in Gauteng is looking for a Warranty and Costing Clerk with Volkswagen experience.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate
  • Working experience as Warranty and Costing Clerk with the Volkswagen Brand
  • VW and Audi Warranty and Costing policy and procedures
  • Working experience on SAGA/ELSA and Kerridge
  • Drivers license

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process all warranty claims in line with Volkswagen and dealership policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with service department and at VWSA to resolve costing and warranty issues
  • Warranty claims processing
  • Return defective parts to manufacturer as required
  • Liaising with customers in regards to claims
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
  • Costing / Invoicing
  • General administration of day to day invoices
