The ideal candidate will have proven dealership experience and expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing VW and Audi vehicles to manufacturer standards.

POSITION INFO:
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on VW and Audi vehicles using dealership-approved tools and equipment.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and service schedules to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electronic issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed.
- Collaborate with service advisors, parts departments, and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest VW / Audi technical bulletins, tools, and diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:- Diagnostic certification for VW and/or Audi vehicles is mandatory.
- Proven experience working in a dealership environment, specifically with VW and Audi vehicles.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
