Requirements:

Excellent objection handling skills
To achieve and over exceed set KPA targets for response times and quality of service
Passionate about Selling
Must have computer skills
Must have sold Insurance before Short Term or Long Term Insurance
Must have knowledge about Medical Aids and Medical Insurance
Must be within DOFA for FAISÂ
Must have a quite and dedicated space to work from home, free from disruptions and noise disturbances

Characteristics of Candidate:

Must have knowledge about Gap Cover, Medical Aids and Medical Insurance
Be an excellent communicator
Have outstanding negotiation and decision-making skills
Must be mature/ Self-managed
Be able to work under pressure and remain calm under stressful situations
Be self-motivated and results driven
Must be target driven
Be able to think quickly
Be able to work independently
Have a positive attitude and output-based approach
Have a good attendance record
