Our client a well established dealership is seeking the services of a VSB/Invoicing Clerk / Stock Controller for tehir Pre-owned department. (only candidates with experience in the motor industry will be short listed.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client a well established dealership is seeking the services of a VSB/Invoicing Clerk / Stock Controller for tehir Pre-owned department. (only candidates with experience in the motor industry will be short listed.)

Kerridge Experience will be advantageous

Minimum of 2 years experience as an Invoicing clerk / Stock Controller (experience must be in the motor industry) - non negotiable.

Duties:

Processing of orders & supplier invoices
Manage Vehicle Stock
General administrative filing
Floorplan Management & reconciliation
Management of Parts accounts from orders to Sales Ledger processing
Dealer transfers & invoicing
Sales invoicing
Stock take Management & reconciliation
Correct write back provisions on vehicles
Management & updating of Demo units
Natis requests on settlements
Dealer & Customer queries
