SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Vehicle Stock Controller / Invoicing Clerk to join their team in Durban South Coast, KwaZulu-Natal. Candidates must have motor industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as Vehicle Stock Controller / Invoicing Clerk in a franchised dealership.

Position: Experienced Vehicle Stock Controller / Invoicing Clerk

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
Motor Industry Experience Essential
Must read / write & speak English
Must be computer literate (Kerridge / Automate / Elsa Pro and more)
Clean Cut and well groomed
The Successful candidate must be very stable – Not moving to another dealer every year.
Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.
Minimum 5 years experience as Vehicle Stock Controller / Invoicing Clerk in a franchised dealership.

Checking in of vehicles at the branch
Key Control
Movement of vehicle register
Deal Files
Weekly and monthly vehicle stock counts
Assisting with floor plan payments
Stocking and invoicing of vehicles
