Vehicle Stock Book and Admin Clerk - Johannesburg North, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Dealership based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Vehicle Stock Book and Admin Clerk with experience in the Automotive Industry, who can handle high volumes.

Job responsibilities:

Stock management and checking stock levels regularly
Updating stock information on the computer system
Comparing stock items received against items ordered
Implementing or improving processes and procedures
Coordinating and liaising with workshop staff to ensure required products are readily available
Issuing and distributing ordered stock to workshop staff
Oversee the placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time
Liaising with couriers
Liaising with suppliers
Stock taking
Admin

Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary Qualification
Drivers license
Clear criminal record
Computer literate and efficient with Excel and Email
Must have a minimum of 3 years Stock Controlling / Administrative experience
Leadership experience with strong customer service, communication, and math skills
