Vehicle Sales Executive

Are you passionate about cars and driven by sales targets? Do you have a flair for customer service and closing deals? We're looking for a motivated and professional Car Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options

• Demonstrate and test drive vehicles with clients

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers

• Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet monthly targets

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, specs, and industry trends

• Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction

• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation

• Work closely with the F&I Manager and Sales Team

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in vehicle sales (minimum 5-10 years)

• Matric / Grade 12

• Valid Driver’s License (Code 8/B)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Strong customer service focus

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
