JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced A-Z Rental Agent for an awesome opportunity within a top lifestyle brand.  You will be responsible for rental bookings, conformations, agreements and vehicle handovers and collections.  In addition, you will also be responsible for claims, checking for damages, liaison with workshops for services and repairs, loading everything onto Bluebird and extensive customer liaison.  This position is Monday to Saturday (lunchtime) and on rare occasions on a Sunday for vehicle drop off.   It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2 years of car rental experience and can work independently.
 
Job Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of Car Rental experience
MUST be able to handle A-Z of the rental process
Preferable working knowledge of Bluebird
Must be highly customer driven
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
 
You will need the following documents when applying
