SUMMARY:
Our client in Pretoria is seeking a Vehicle Finance and Insurance (F&I) Assistant YES Intern to join their team.
This is a amazing opportunity to grow with a well known brand.

POSITION INFO:
The candidate will provide administrative support to the F&I department, ensuring smooth documentation flow, customer coordination, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the F&I Manager with daily administrative and compliance tasks.
Prepare, scan, and file documentation for vehicle finance applications.
Ensure all customer documents are accurate and complete.
Liaise with customers regarding outstanding documents or application progress.
Capture, update, and maintain customer information on dealership systems.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with POPIA requirements.
Support general dealership administration as required

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Customer service focused.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, well-spoken, and well-presented.

Requirements:

South African Citizen.
Unemployed youth aged 18–30 meeting the YES Programme criteria.
Completed Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Finance.
Valid Driver’s License (not negotiable)
Have not completed a yes programme before.
