SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive industry seeks to employ a Vehicle Electronics Programmer.
POSITION INFO:
• Maintain and monitor the vehicle electronics commissioning programs (UPS program) using Siemens SIDS Pro tool to ensure the product is commissioned and tested according to the relevant commissioning documents.
• Implement and maintain the commissioning plan for production using the group software tool IPPP (IB-4P), to ensure that all commissioning processes are implemented and documented.
• Develop commissioning plans and create programs for new models using IPPP and Siemens SIDS Pro to ensure that the product meets the commissioning requirement.
• Develop and upgrade new / existing commissioning programs via commissioning E-Simulator / commissioning table and pre series build (VFF, PVS, 0-Series).
Requirements:
- National Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering (excluding heavy current) or Mechatronics
- Minimum of 1 year experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB)
- Knowledgeable on the vehicle electric / electronic systems (brakes, airbag, lights etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word with a basic understanding of CAD viewer
